A division of The Center for American and International Law located in the Dallas, Texas metro area. The Institute has provided educational and training programs for law enforcement managers since 1957. Its Center for Law Enforcement Ethics conducts programs nationally and internationally and holds an annual Ethics Conference each October. Through its technical assisance programs, the Institute provides seminars, workshops, studies, expert witness services and courses both at its new headquarters and on site.
